At Mealworms by the Pound, we take pride in providing high-quality bird treats and feed. Because our products are consumable, we handle returns and refunds carefully to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

Return Authorization Required
All returns or refund requests must be approved in advance. Please contact us at sales@mealwormsbythepound.com with your order number and details of the issue before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds & Store Credit
In most cases, approved returns will be issued as store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method. This allows us to continue offering fresh, high-quality products at fair prices.

Case-by-Case Consideration
We understand that every situation is unique. All requests are reviewed individually, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution. In certain circumstances, refunds to the original payment method may be granted at our discretion.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise determined as part of an approved case.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 of delivery. Be sure to include photos so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless there is a verified issue.
